Niramay helps patients find providers, view appointment availability, and request bookings with participating hospitals and clinics.
Information We Collect
- Account details from Google sign-in, such as email address, display name, and Firebase authentication identifiers.
- Booking details, including selected hospital, doctor, date, time, booking status, and related appointment metadata.
- Patient details entered for appointment workflows, such as name and phone number.
- Location information when you choose nearby provider or city discovery features.
- Device, diagnostic, security, notification, and usage information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Advertising identifiers and ad interaction data when Google AdMob ads are shown.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To show providers, availability, and appointment options.
- To create, manage, confirm, and display bookings.
- To share booking details with the selected hospital, doctor, clinic, or helper involved in the appointment.
- To send operational notifications, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
- To show and measure ads where advertising is enabled.
Google and Firebase Services
Niramay uses Google and Firebase services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase App Check, Google Sign-In, and Google AdMob. These services process information under their own privacy terms.
Data Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect users, or work with cloud service providers that operate authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, security, and ads.
Your Choices
You can stop using the service, revoke Google account access from your Google account settings, deny optional permissions, reset advertising identifiers, or request help with data correction or deletion.
